上海工作签证新政策分享（中英文版）

2024年12月1日起实行新政策！

从2024年12月1日起，外国人工作许可卡将与社会保障卡合并。2024年12月1日以后，在中国工作的外国人将不再领取工作证，只需下载“电子社保卡”APP，注册并获取带有工作许可信息的电子社保卡。

对于已取得工作许可证实体卡的人员，按照“不变不换”原则，待现有工作许可申请延期或变更时，按照证卡融合集成新程序办理。

第 一次申请工作许可的，直接按照证卡融合集成新程序办理。

优点:

1. 电子社保卡还将提供工作许可信息查询与下载、二维码核验、有关消息通知等服务功能。

2. 外国人可使用电子社保卡通过网上服务平台或服务机构办理社会保险登记。

3. 各地人力资源和社会保障部门因地制宜，通过社保卡为外国人提供企业信息查询、福利补贴领取等人力资源和社会保障服务。

New policy from Dec.1, 2024!

From Dec.1, 2024, the foreign work permit card will be merged with the social security card. Foreigners work in China will not have work permit card after Dec.1, 2024. Instead, need to download the "eSSCard" APP and register and obtain the electronic social security card with work permit information.

For those who have already obtained a physical work permit, following the principle of "no change, no replacement", the process will be handled according to the new integrated card and permit procedures when the existing work permit is extended or modified.

For those who apply the work permit for the first time, follow the new integrated card and permit procedures directly.

Advantages:
1. The electronic social security card will also provide services such as querying and downloading work permit information, QR code verification, and related notification messages can be achieved.

2. Foreigners can use the electronic social security card to register for social insurance through the online service platform or at service agencies.

3. Based on local conditions, local human resources and social security departments provide foreigners with human resources and social security services such as business information inquiry and benefit subsidy collection through social security cards.
